In-Person Classes & Workshops
Full refund if cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled class date.
50% refund or credit if cancellation is made 3–6 days prior to the class.
No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the class, due to advance floral ordering, instructor commitments, and limited seating.
Students who do not attend a class without prior notice (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Online Courses & Digital Products Due to immediate access to content, online courses, downloads, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us within 48 hours so we may assist.
Certification Prep, Multi-Session Courses & Series
Refunds are available only prior to the first session and follow the in-person refund timeline above.
Once a course series has begun, refunds are not available; however, course credit may be offered at Fleur University’s discretion.
Class Transfers & Credits When possible, Fleur University® may offer class credit toward a future course in lieu of a refund. Credits must be used within 12 months of issue and are non-transferable.
Instructor or Schedule Changes Fleur University® reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or class credit.
Weather & Emergency Policy In the event of severe weather or emergency closures, students will receive class credit or rescheduling options.
